Description
We are a Communication Tech startup and upcoming Unicorn, looking to add a Full Stack developer to our team. You will be responsible on working on the MVP initially, then move forward from there.

People worldwide want to join the startup including from Apple, Microsoft, Google, Harvard, Stanford, MIT and many others.
Received an offer from a well-known organization in the startup world before formation (very few companies like Google achieved this).
Received an investment interest from a multi-billion tech investor (before formation).
Some of the tasks:
Advise on the best options for both front and back end: language, database, services, etc.
Build the app. Add more features as per the roadmap.
As needed, including for the app cycle (i.e. build, QA, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the app).
Requirements
Highly proficient in mobile development (languages, databases, app stores compliance etc).
Highly proficient in at least one of these languages: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter and other major ones.
Highly proficient with native and cross-platform development (Android and iOS).
Highly proficient in other areas including implementation of solutions such as an advertising product or network.
Provide a clean code that anyone can add to or maintain.
Would be an advantage if you’re familiar with no-code like FluterFlow.
Independent in thinking and solution oriented.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Comfortable with navigating complexities and new territories.
Be involved as needed.

Please know that this is not a full time position. You are free to keep your current job, until we reach our investment milestone and need you full time. It is expected to engage in a set number of hours to complete certain tasks only at this stage. You don't have to work for a year to receive an amount in shares, you will receive the shares immediately after a task is fully complete. This means that in a much shorter time, you could make an important amount that could take an entire year of work or more.
The team members will complete the tasks, in return for important amounts of shares (VSOP). Please only apply if you agree to this term. This is the current plan for all the team members. Once the investment is received, you can expect the compensation to be in cash payouts in addition to the shares for the early team members.
